Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and design of electro-acoustic products, correct the problems in the design plan in time, and ensure that the development work is completed as required; 2. Responsible for the preparation and release of a brief description of the product production technology as required, and retain the necessary documents and samples; 3 . Track and monitor the production of new products, collect and analyze the quality information of the first batch of products to be put into production, and formulate improvement measures to ensure normal production; 4. Formulate product technical standards or specifications according to customer requirements or actual needs; 5. Participate in product appearance Review, technical review, unqualified product review, and put forward suggestions for handling; 6. Participate in the application of new electro-acoustic technology and new materials; 7. Complete various tasks assigned by superiors as required. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree, more than 1 year of relevant work experience; 2. Familiar with analog and digital circuits, have basic acoustic knowledge, understand the basic working principles of speakers, and be familiar with speaker analog circuit theory; 3. Independent design experience is preferred. Salary treatment: 8k-15k
